Pre-registration is closed.
On-site registration will be available at the registration desk, located on the B2 floor of conference venue, through the duration of the conference.

    • * Any bank charges including the ones of paying banks or intermediary banks should be borne by the applicants.
    • * For international bank transfer, the transaction fees of banks in both the source and destination countries might be deducted from your payment. If the amount of received payment is less than that of registration fee, you will be asked to pay the balance on-site.

  • * Receipt will be provided at the conference site.

Confirmation

  • - If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
  • - If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.

If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Changes of Registration

Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page.
If you would like to change your registration category and payment method, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the conference proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.

Registration:

Until August 4, 2017 No cancellation fee
From August 5, 2017 100% of the registration fee (No refund)

Plant Tour:

10 – 8 days before the departure day of the plant tour 20% of tour fare
7 – 2 days before 30% of tour fare
1 day before 40% of tour fare
Prior to starting time on the departure day 50% of tour fare
After departure or failure to show without notice 100% of tour fare

* About the refund

  • - Via Credit card:
    The refund will be made via the credit card which you have used at the registration.
  • - Via Bank transfer:
    All refunds will be made after the conference.
    Bank charges will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.

VISA Information

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures:

The organizer will prepare the documents that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you.

Before you apply for assistance, you are required to take the following steps.

  1. Complete your registration with full payment of the fee
  2. Book a Flight
  3. Reserve a Hotel

* The period of your stay must be scheduled for a maximum of 7 days (including conference period (5 days), arrival & departure day in Japan).

Application fee and Refund Policy

A fee of JPY 10,000 per person (including preparation fee of visa documents and shipping cost) is required from each applicant.
The application may not be refunded under any circumstances, once the application fee is received.

Deadline for Visa Support Application October 15, 2017

For application, please apply via online registration form.
After confirming your application and payment, Visa Support Office will send you visa application form from Middle of August, 2017.
